- At the player's own request
Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Deposit Rules

4.2 Bonus Restrictions
- Each bonus is issued once per player and cannot be claimed again.
- Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Bonuses may not be combined with other coupons or promotions unless stated otherwise.
- If signs of fraud are detected in connection with a bonus, mmkvip will void the bonus and investigate the account.
4.3 VIP Cashback
The weekly cashback rates across mmkvip's 4 VIP tiers are—
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP tier placement is determined by mmkvip based on a player's betting history and overall activity. Exact turnover thresholds will only be confirmed upon official announcement. Cashback funds may be withdrawn without any separate wagering requirement.
Gaming Rules and Fairness
5.1 Permitted Games
